Francis Carson is a graduate of Daemen College in Amherst, New York with his undergraduate degree in Accounting and attained his Master’s in Finance from Fairfield University Fairfield, Connecticut. Francis is the president and owner of Chapel Wealth Management located in Stratford, Connecticut.

   Francis is passionate about helping first responders and is one of the founding members of the Finest Federal Credit Union.

   He is married to Ann Marie Carson for over 35 years, has two children, Matthew and Kathleen and his trusted dog, Bo.  Francis enjoys spending his free time with his family, walking his dog and playing hockey. 

 Kenji Harper leads Frontline’s insurance operations. He is responsible for helping to create and protect generational assets for individuals and businesses.

Mr. Harper received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Saint Thomas Aquinas College. While serving in the US Army Reserves, he was a career counselor for soldiers, guiding them toward retirement and planning. He then served as an Intelligence Officer for ten years with the army before retiring.

While in the reserves, Mr. Harper was a Sergeant with the New York City Police Department. His, multiple investigative roles ranged from computer crimes to assisting in sensitive federal investigations. During his time with the NYPD, Mr. Harper developed a computerized Case Tracking program to assist investigators, city-wide, with their case management.
